I recall a member of the old iif subscribed for 100,000,000 shares of BWAI stock when a capital increase was offered to Warka clients on 3/15/2018.

i have not yet seen that member's name on the new iif membership list.

If the above protects Iraqi citizens' deposits only, then hopefully non-Iraqi deposits are protected by Warka's lawsuit.
Warka claims the bank prevailed over CBI and all deposits before the lawsuit are protected by CBI.
